AI at Work Launch

Your AI policy needs a launch plan.

Turn responsible AI guidance into employee training, manager tools, and a rollout people can actually follow.

Policy to practice

A policy in a shared drive is not a rollout.

Employees may already be using AI in different ways. Managers need consistent answers. A policy can set direction, but people still need plain language, training, and a way to ask what applies to their work.

AI Rollout Reality Check

Start with the right view of the work.

Eight questions. About three minutes. Answer for what happens today, not what is planned.

Assess my organization

Use this if you are leading the rollout inside your company.

Assess a client

Use this with a client if you are a fractional HR leader, HR advisor, or implementation partner.

Eight fixed-choice questions. No login, no policy upload, and no legal company name. Answers stay in this browser.

The rollout package

Give people something they can use on Monday morning.

The work starts with approved guidance and the real questions people will ask when it goes live.

  • Current-state AI-use interview and rollout discovery
  • Plain-language employee guidance based on approved policy
  • Leadership announcement and communication sequence
  • Manager conversation guide and FAQ
  • Custom short-form video training
  • Knowledge check and completion materials
  • Launch plan, ownership map, and reinforcement schedule
  • Final editable source package or placement in the client's existing LMS or intranet

Your organization, HR team, and counsel own policy and legal approval. Akasi turns approved guidance into rollout material.

How the launch comes together

Build the handoff plan before the launch.

  1. Discover current AI use and constraints
  2. Align on approved guidance
  3. Produce communications and training
  4. Launch with managers and employees
  5. Review questions and update materials

For fractional HR leaders and advisors

Keep the HR relationship. Bring in the rollout production.

Fractional HR consultants and advisors remain the trusted HR lead. Akasi produces the rollout package. Start with a pilot before defining any recurring economics or revenue share.

A producer's approach

Clear communication is part of the implementation.

This work treats a rollout as a sequence of decisions, handoffs, materials, and conversations. The goal is a clear package that managers and employees can use, not a report that sits in a folder.

FAQ

Straight answers before you talk.

Is this legal advice?

No. AI at Work Launch helps turn approved guidance into communication and training material. Your organization, HR team, and counsel make policy and legal decisions.

Do you write the AI policy?

The rollout starts with approved policy or guidance. If the policy is still being defined, bring in the people responsible for policy and legal review before launch materials are finalized.

Does this replace our LMS or HRIS?

No. The rollout materials can live in the LMS, intranet, or tools your team already uses. The work is about making approved guidance usable in those places.

What if employees are already using AI?

That is a reason to start with the current state. The Reality Check helps identify where guidance, ownership, manager support, or training needs attention first.

Can a fractional HR consultant use this with a client?

Yes. Client mode gives a consultant a private, browser-only way to guide a client conversation. The partner page explains the pilot path and division of responsibilities.

What information does the Reality Check collect?

It asks eight fixed-choice questions. Client mode can include an optional nickname or internal label. Answers and the nickname stay in the current browser session. Analytics may record the assessment mode, completion, score band, and category names. It must never receive an individual answer, nickname, policy text, or employee information.

What happens after the assessment?

You will see two areas to address first and a 30-day outline. You can print or save the plan, then use the provisional consultation action if you want to talk through the rollout.
