AI at Work Launch
Turn responsible AI guidance into employee training, manager tools, and a rollout people can actually follow.
Policy to practice
Employees may already be using AI in different ways. Managers need consistent answers. A policy can set direction, but people still need plain language, training, and a way to ask what applies to their work.
AI Rollout Reality Check

Use this if you are leading the rollout inside your company.
Use this with a client if you are a fractional HR leader, HR advisor, or implementation partner.

The rollout package
The work starts with approved guidance and the real questions people will ask when it goes live.
Your organization, HR team, and counsel own policy and legal approval. Akasi turns approved guidance into rollout material.
How the launch comes together
For fractional HR leaders and advisors
Fractional HR consultants and advisors remain the trusted HR lead. Akasi produces the rollout package. Start with a pilot before defining any recurring economics or revenue share.

This work treats a rollout as a sequence of decisions, handoffs, materials, and conversations. The goal is a clear package that managers and employees can use, not a report that sits in a folder.

No. The rollout materials can live in the LMS, intranet, or tools your team already uses. The work is about making approved guidance usable in those places.
That is a reason to start with the current state. The Reality Check helps identify where guidance, ownership, manager support, or training needs attention first.
Yes. Client mode gives a consultant a private, browser-only way to guide a client conversation. The partner page explains the pilot path and division of responsibilities.
It asks eight fixed-choice questions. Client mode can include an optional nickname or internal label. Answers and the nickname stay in the current browser session. Analytics may record the assessment mode, completion, score band, and category names. It must never receive an individual answer, nickname, policy text, or employee information.
You will see two areas to address first and a 30-day outline. You can print or save the plan, then use the provisional consultation action if you want to talk through the rollout.
